Be confident & ready for statutory Relationship & Sex Education
a one day course for any Professionals working with the under 12’s

In recent months we have been hearing about the increasing numbers of children being sexually abused and exploited in our communities and even more worryingly actually within our schools!

As a result of this, the latest report from the Women & Equalities Select Committee has recommended the introduction of compulsory, age appropriate, sex and relationship education for every child, starting in Primary Schools

BigTalk Education were called to give evidence at the Government enquiry.

The MP’s were very interested in our new approach to SRE and the inclusion of specially designed, age appropriate resources for young pupils to ensure we help to keep them as safe as possible and encourage them to tell a trusted adult if they are ever concerned or worried

We have delivered SRE in senior schools for over 20 years and started specialising in Primary five years ago. We now deliver to over 30,000 children and young people each year in over 120 schools across the country

This course aims to pass on our learning to your Staff so that they will be confident and competent to help ensure this work can be successful with your pupils

The schools that we attend and the feedback we receive from staff and parents is available for you to look at on our website

If you have any enquiries or would like to know more about the course please do not hesitate to contact Hayley in our office on 01724 782618

In the light of our rapidly changing society with the Internet altering the way we and our children communicate and access information, this new course  reframes SRE in primary years, in a way that is aligned to new Government & OFSTED expectations. It shows how we ensure the generation coming through now are not only protected, but knowledgeable and confident when it comes to their bodies, emotions, relationships and later sex. Designed for participants to gain or improve their knowledge and confidence when working with Primary Children and their families, it offers age appropriate solutions to the difficulties children are now facing. A tried and tested approach to SRE in the technological 21st Century
