Burton Green Primary School

July 2026

We have been visiting Burton Green Primary School since 2021, delivering a whole school approach. The staff are very welcoming and the pupils are always engaged and polite – the nursery children in particular enjoyed learning about their bodies and doing the actions to help them remember. We look forward to returning again next year!

Staff feedback

“Excellent section with good pace and vitally important content. The tone of these sessions is always really appropriate to the age group and delivered with sensitivity. BigTalk is an established and highly valued asset of our RSE curriculum. As DDSO I really appreciate the no-nonsense way that our youngest children through to our oldest are supported to know how to keep themselves safe.”

K. Formal, EYFS Lead and DDSO.

“Very clear and age appropriate talk. Really liked the cross your hands to stay stop – great for our non-verbal children.”

G. Freshney, Teaching Assistant, Fox Cubs.

“Delivered so well – interactive for the children. Amazing programme!”

Y. French, Pastoral lead, Year 5/6.

Key Fact

Good quality RSE works in partnership with parents and carers, informing them about what their children will be learning and about how they can contribute at home.
