Skelton Primary School

July 2026

We began visiting Skelton Primary School in 2021 and we always receive a warm welcome from the staff and pupils which is much appreciated.

The staff are supportive of our delivery, and the children engage really well which helps to build upon their knowledge and keep them safe. The knowledge retained from previous visits was evident and was built upon again during our visit.

Staff feedback

“Confident and professional delivery. Completely age appropriate and interactive for the children to help remember key messages.”

N. Crump, Teacher, Reception.

“The session was well delivered. The children were all engaged and great interactions. Vocabulary was delivered clearly and sensitively.”

C. Teasdale, Teacher, Year 2/3.

“Pitched at the perfect level. Open forum for discussion. Students felt at ease to explore topics, provide opinions and facts and ask questions. Very clear. Nice use of both child-friendly vocabulary and key science terms.”
L. Barker, Teacher, Year 5/6.

Key Fact

Safeguarding from an early age is essential. When we educate our children in an age- appropriate way they find new knowledge easier to understand.
